*Drop ins are still welcome, we just can't guarantee a space since we cap out at 15 mats to ensure a comfortable experience. And also schedule is subject to change and booking your space gives you up to the minute last minute changes on the schedule.

*Candlelight Yoga is every other Friday evening in the Winter Months (please check the schedule for the next Candlelight Yoga dates)


*Children's Yoga (contact for more information to sign up for the next 4 weeks series!)


*YOMA; Yoga and Massage is scheduled once a month on Saturday evenings. 


*Indo Boards are scheduled periodically to practice on your "floating" yoga mat.
